Enjoy Yahweh!

The Westminster Catechism first question is What is the chief end of man?  It very simply answers, Man’ s chief end is to glorify God, (1 Cor. 10:31, Rom. 11:36) and to enjoy him for ever. (Ps. 73:25–28)
One Pastor tweaked that by saying the chief end of man is to glorify God BY enjoying Him forever.  His point was simple, when we delight in and enjoy Yahweh we glorify HIM.  You hear this heart cry from the Psalmist in Psalm 90:14.  Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.” (Psalm 90:14)
Who is the King of Glory?  Who is the only one that can satisfy the craving of every human heart?  Jesus!
"He [Jesus] is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature” (Heb 1:3). “He is the image of the invisible God” (Col 1:15). When the Gospel shines in our hearts, it is “the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” (2 Cor 4:6). When we “rejoice in hope of the glory of God” (Rom 5:2), “our blessed hope [is], the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13).

“Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.” (Psalm 90:14)
Pursuing, enjoying Yahweh together with hearts ablaze!
